Role Commencing For Immediate Start

Position Purpose:

This role is ideal for someone eager to take ownership of content creation, contribute fresh ideas, and grow within a dynamic, luxury brand. You will be hands-on in producing content, graphic design, managing social media scheduling, and driving audience engagement while working collaboratively within the marketing team.


Hours: This position will be a full-time position - Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Location: Our beautiful beachside showroom is located in the heart of Peregian Beach Village, on the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production of high-quality photos, videos, and copy for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and curate engaging and brand-aligned content for all social platforms to enhance brand reach and engagement.
  • Take ownership of scheduling and posting across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Work towards the broader goals outlined in the marketing strategy, ensuring content and social media efforts align with key brand objectives, audience growth, and engagement targets.
  • Manage and maintain a content library, ensuring assets are well-organised and accessible.
  • Monitor trends, audience insights, and platform algorithms, adapting content to maximise performance.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to DMs, comments, and customer interactions in an authentic and brand-aligned tone.
  • Report on performance and conduct regular trend research to ensure the content remains fresh, innovative, and aligned with the latest social media trends.
  • Support major campaigns, product launches, and brand events, ensuring seamless integration across digital platforms.
  • Work closely with and report to the Content and Social Media Manager to ensure all content aligns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Support the Email & E-commerce Coordinator by providing assets for email campaigns and digital updates.
  • Design landing pages and EDMs, ensuring a visually engaging and cohesive brand experience across digital touchpoints.
  • Create graphic design assets for brand collateral, in-store visual merchandising (VM), and marketing materials.
  • Develop digital and display ads, ensuring brand consistency across all paid media.
  • Have an understanding of Meta Business Manager (or a willingness to learn) to support paid social campaigns.
  • Be able to post and manage content on weekends when needed, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with the social media schedule.

About You

  • A self-motivated and creative, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and social media marketing.
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Strong Graphic design skills
  • Proficiency in photo  & video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Illustrator, figma, sketch).
  • Confident in photography, videography, and content production.
  • Comfortable and confident in front of the camera through video formats like Instagram Stories and TikTok.
  • Genuine interest in luxury, fashion, or jewellery, with an understanding of what engages premium audiences.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently while collaborating within a team.
  • Experience in copywriting and crafting engaging captions and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a social media, content, graphic design, or digital marketing role.
