We are looking for an experienced jeweller to join our workshop team.
This role is suited to someone with a strong foundation in fine jewellery manufacture, who takes genuine pride in their work - with a sharp eye for detail, steady hands, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Just as importantly, you'll bring a positive, collaborative approach to the team in our close-knit workshop that values respect, open communication, and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble, clean and finish cast CAD pieces to a high standard
- Carry out general jewellery repairs and workshop tasks, including soldering, resizing, polishing, rhodium plating and laser work
- Maintain a clean, organised workbench and adhere to all safe work practices
- Accurately track and record daily tasks within our production management system
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including feedback on production techniques and design refinements
- Support and guide apprentices and trainees in their technical development
- Uphold exceptional standards of craftsmanship and quality control
- Continue developing your technical skills through hands-on experience and training
- Work closely with, and report to, the Production Manager & Senior Jewellers
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
- A genuine passion for jewellery making, with a strong desire to learn and refine your craft
- Proven experience as a jeweller, supported by a portfolio of work
- Experience with jewellery-related software (such as EasyCAM, CAD or other design programs) is highly regarded, though not essential
- Experience in stone setting is highly regarded, though not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes
- Confidence working with precious metals, diamonds and coloured gemstones
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
- A positive, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Work in a modern workshop in the beautiful Peregian Beach village

- Handle all Point-of-Sale transactions, including payments, packaging, invoicing and capturing client data
- Maintain immaculate store presentation and uphold visual merchandising standards
- Assist in receiving and managing stock deliveries
- Contribute to a safe, clean and welcoming store environment
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Uphold high standards of product knowledge, presentation and professionalism
- Demonstrate discretion and care when handling high-value pieces

- Previous experience in retail, fine jewellery or luxury sales (highly regarded)

- A polished, professional appearance and manner
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems (POS, CRM)
- An interest in jewellery, design or gemmology (formal qualifications are a plus, but not essential)
