Sales and Customer Experience Manager
Role Commencing For Immediate Start
Position Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to drive the performance of our jewellery sales team and flagship store operations.
In this role, you will inspire, motivate, and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, growing revenue, and fostering lasting client relationships.
You will also play a key role in identifying new opportunities to elevate customer engagement and achieve business growth.
Hours: This position will be a full-time position - Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Our beautiful beachside showroom is located in the heart of Peregian Beach Village, on the Sunshine Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor our Jewellery Consultants and Flagship Manager, providing guidance and support to help them achieve (and exceed) sales targets.
- Establish a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance team skills and drive performance.
- Develop and implement KPIs for sales performance and customer service.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Drive initiatives to maximise lead conversion and close high-value sales across all channels, in-person and online.
- Create and execute strategies to optimise the customer journey, from initial inquiry through to post-purchase care, balancing customer experience with sales results.
- Build lasting relationships with clients
- Develop and implement customer engagement programs and events to attract and retain a loyal clientele
- Collaborate with the Flagship Manager to optimise in-store performance and ensure the sales experience aligns with our luxury brand values.
- Explore and implement new customer engagement and acquisition opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights to support broader business strategies and enhance market positioning.

While experience in luxury goods or fine jewellery is a plus, your focus on delivering exceptional sales performance and fostering a high-performance team culture is what sets you apart.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales-focused or account management role. Experience in luxury goods or fine jewellery is not essential, but highly regarded.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of achieving KPIs and driving revenue growth.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a customer-first mentality.
- Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results
- Experience in organising events is a plus
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs
