The journey first begins with a scheduled consultation in our relaxed Sunshine Coast showroom with our expert jewellery consultants. This is a perfect opportunity for you to view our designs and discuss ideas and preferences within your specified budget.

The consultation can also take place virtually through online correspondence. Clients who are based interstate or overseas often work with us remotely via emails, video calls, 3D renderings, photos and/or videos.

We pride ourselves on tailoring this process especially to you, and providing valuable advice, guidance, and education to make the journey just as magical as the final piece.


All LOUISE JEAN diamonds and gemstones are sourced through a local and global network of suppliers who align with our values on ethical sourcing and practices. Traceability and responsibility are integral to our operations, and these key principles are the backbone to our social and environmental standards when sourcing the stones for our pieces.

We collaborate with respected diamond suppliers who are in compliance with the requirements of the System of Warranties, from mine to market. They are sold on the guarantee that the diamonds originate from legitimate sources and are strictly in compliance with the laws and resolutions set in place by the United Nations.


Bespoke Process

Celebrate your unique love story with your very own bespoke engagement ring. Our Bespoke Ring Builder is a personalised design service that invites you to co-create your dream ring from our carefully curated inventory of ethically sourced diamonds and signature solitaire settings. All LOUISE JEAN bespoke engagement rings are made to order and require approximately of 6 to 9 weeks to craft once your deposit has been received.

Signature Process

With the Signature Process, our expert team of consultants will work closely with you to create your very own LOUISE JEAN engagement ring. Explore our curated collection of Signature Engagement Rings and tailor the design to your exact preferences and specifications. Once the design has been finalised and your deposit is received, our development and manufacturing process will require total of 8 to 12 weeks to craft your piece.


Your design is now ready to be brought to life by our skilled team of Australian-based gold suppliers and jewellers. As a small team, we are meticulous with the quality and finishing of our pieces. Whilst we always aim to create your piece in a timely manner, please be mindful our craft requires time, precision, and attention to detail at each stage of production.

Throughout production, you will be kept up to date on the progress of your ring. You are welcome to reach out to us to check-in at any time; we will happily provide you with an update and rough timeframe if known.


With your piece now complete, we will be in touch to share professional photos and/or high-definition videos of your ring to ensure you are more than happy with the result. After the final 30% payment is received, we will prepare your ring for collection or arrange couriered delivery to your confirmed address.

Your very own LOUISE JEAN piece is now ready for its forever-home.
