Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide! International orders (outside of Australia) are sent via DHL Express - postage costs are updated at checkout and vary based on your region.

Delivery timeframes are subject to the postcode. Please allow 3-7 business days for your item to arrive within Australia, and 7 - 14 business days for international orders.

In some cases, DHL uses a third party delivery courier to carry out the final stages of delivery. This does not affect the liabilities or insurances included with the shipment.

Should a Fine Jewellery item be out-of-stock at our Flagship store yet be available online, an order can be processed in-store with one of our Retail Consultants. These orders are entitled to complimentary express shipping within Australia upon completion of production. Production timeframes vary for out-of-stock designs, and delivery timeframes are subject to the postcode.

Duties and import taxes

Import duties and taxes may be relevant to international shipments outside of Australia. Once your order arrives to your destination country, you will be liable for all custom fees and taxes that may be incurred to release the parcel.

Louise Jean will not process a refund if you refuse to pay the relevant duties/fees for your order.

If your parcel is returned as a result of unpaid duties/fees, payment for the redelivery of the item is at the customer’s discretion.

Returns & Refunds

All LOUISE JEAN Fine Jewellery pieces are non-refundable and cannot be refunded if you simply change your mind or for incorrect purchases.

We kindly ask that you choose carefully - we will be happy to assist in any questions you may have about any of our items. 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us so if you are not happy with your item please contact us and we will work together to resolve the issue.

All in-stock LOUISE JEAN Fine Jewellery collection pieces purchased in-store may be returned for a credit in Australia if returned unworn, in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase date. LOUISE JEAN does not issue credits or exchanges for made-to-order jewellery or bespoke items.

Credits are issued once the item has been received, and are based on an assessment of the piece by our jewellers. They are issued in the form of physical gift cards (redeemable in-store only) or e-gift cards (redeemable online only). Credits are valid for a period of three years from the date of issue.

LOUISE JEAN reserves the right to request proof of purchase for all returns or credits.

To initiate a return for credit, please contact us via our website, or visit in-store at our Flagship. 

It is at the client’s expense to safely return piece(s) to LOUISE JEAN in their original condition or packaging and within the above timeframe.
