Email & E-commerce Coordinator
Role Commencing For Immediate Start
Position Purpose:
You will be responsible for maintaining and optimising the brand's digital presence, ensuring the website is constantly aligned with the brand's goals and vision.
This role focuses on managing the website, email marketing builds, and other digital platforms to enhance the customer journey, drive engagement, and support e-commerce objectives.
You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute an effective, data-driven e-commerce strategy that contributes to overall brand success.
Hours: This position will be a full-time position - Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Our beautiful beachside showroom is located in the heart of Peregian Beach Village, on the Sunshine Coast. With flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day updates and management of the website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Take full ownership of the creation and maintenance of website modals, website templates, landing pages, PDP’s and PLP’s. This includes but is not limited to product descriptions, product imagery, modal development and visual merchandising.
- Implement and maintain SEO best practices to improve website traffic and visibility.
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated workflows.
- Manage segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalised and impactful messaging.
- Consistently work towards increasing revenue and improving open and click rates in our email marketing efforts. Monitor and report on key performance metrics for the website and email campaigns, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp to track campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Plan and implement UTM campaign strategy and track performance to inform future campaign efforts.
- Plan and execute monthly A/B tests across email automation and website content.
- Support the Marketing Assistant in creating digital assets, such as landing pages, banners, and graphics for campaigns.
- Ensure all website content reflects the brand's tone, visual style, and messaging.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing websites, email campaigns, and digital content.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in website CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, or similar).
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and automation tools.
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and customer behaviour.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Open to feedback and committed to improving processes and results.
