Louise Jean is a rapidly growing luxury fine jewellery brand, and we're looking for a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our close-knit team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our digital marketing strategy across e-commerce, social media and all paid advertising efforts. 

The Role:

In this exciting marketing position, you'll work closely with our Brand & Content Manager to conceptualize and execute innovative omnichannel marketing campaigns. Your role will involve overseeing paid search campaigns, including Google, Google Shopping AdWords, PPC, and SEM, as well as supervising content marketing strategies to support SEO objectives while mentoring the e-commerce & content coordinator and social media assistant. You'll be analyzing data to identify areas of opportunity and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies, all while assisting in the growth of various advertising accounts, including Facebook, META, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik-Tok, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Brand & Content Manager to conceptualize and execute innovative omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing channels and pioneering initiatives alongside the Brand & Content Manager.
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager and Creative Director to execute and plan overall marketing strategies.
  • Take charge of monthly reporting, including insights, trends, and analytics for all digital advertising platforms.
  • Oversee paid search campaigns, including Google, Google Shopping AdWords, PPC, and SEM.
  • Supervise content marketing strategies to support SEO objectives while mentoring the e-commerce and content coordinator.
  • Analyze analytics data to identify areas of opportunity and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Identify trends and insights and adjust spending and performance based on these insights.
  • Review analytics and data analysis to generate insightful reports.
  • Assist in the growth of various advertising accounts, including Facebook, META, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik-Tok, and SEO.
  • Brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experiences.
  • Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.

      What We're Looking For:

      To excel in this role, you'll ideally possess the following qualifications and qualities:

      • Hold tertiary qualifications in a marketing-related field.
      • Possess a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience encompassing SEM, META, Pinterest, and TikTok.
      • Exhibit a proactive and positive attitude.
      • Demonstrate a genuine passion for jewelry and luxury products.
      • Showcase exceptional project management capabilities.
      • Proficiency in essential SEO tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
      • Expertise in SEO and Klaviyo Email Marketing is advantageous.
      • Display a strong analytical aptitude with the ability to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing channels.
      • Experience in analyzing site architecture, on-page/on-site environments, content, and navigation structures to identify strengths and weaknesses.
      • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
      • A profound understanding of the digital landscape.
      • High level of autonomy in managing responsibilities.
      • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
      • Prior experience in budget management.
      • Strong attention to detail and the capability to work under tight deadlines.
          Preferred criteria:
          • Practical experience in roles related to marketing, branding, digital and social management, and advertising.
          • Tertiary education in marketing, e-commerce, or social management, combined with exceptional administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
          • Prior experience working with agencies is highly regarded.
