Frequently Asked Questions
Should my wedding band be the same ring size as my engagement ring?
As a general rule, most people prefer to keep the ring size of their wedding band and engagement ring the same.
However, your own finger shape and the design of each ring may affect this.
Wider band styles, and combining rings together, will take up more space on your finger, and can therefore feel more snug.
If you are considering a wedding band that is wider than your engagement ring, you may prefer to increase the ring size of the wedding band.
The increment you require will be personal. A general rule of 1/2 a size, up to 1 or 2 full sizes is common.
The most effective way to determine this is always to try rings, or ring sizing, in person. Visit us to have your ring size professionally measured.
How do I know if I need a spacer ring?
Determining whether you need a spacer ring will depend on the design and height of your own unique engagement ring, combined with the specific design you intend to stack it with.
The best way to determine whether you require a spacer is to try ring combinations on in person. Visit us to try our full wedding band collections.
Begin by looking at the height of your engagement ring, including the side profile. Pay close attention to the angles of your prongs and setting, and consider where any diamonds or gemstones may touch any metal part of your engagement ring.
You can view our helpful Spacer Ring Guide on our journal.
Without trying on our designs in person, unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee whether you do or don't require a spacer ring. However our design consultants are happy to give advice to assist in your choice.

How long will it take to create my wedding ring?
All pieces in our Wedding Band collections are made-to-order.
They require an average of 6-9 weeks for the production of all diamond or gemstone wedding bands, and 2-4 weeks for plain metal wedding bands.
This manufacturing process does not include shipping timeframes and is subject to change.
As a recommendation, we advise allowing plenty of time before your wedding to order your wedding bands, to ensure a smooth, stress-free production and delivery experience.
What are the gradings of the diamonds in your wedding bands?
For our wedding bands we use diamonds that are 'calibrated'. This means that they come from a carefully selected set which ensures they are as similar as possible in their size and appearance.
Diamonds of this nature are not certified, but they do have an average or estimated grading for their colour and clarity.
All of the Natural and Lab-Grown Diamonds in our wedding bands have an average of D-F colour grading and a VS+ clarity grading.
This isn't something that we need to choose - the calibrated diamonds do this for us! It is also the job of our jewellers to carefully assess each diamond they select for your piece to ensure they are the most compatible as well.
