EARLY ACCESS VIP CUSTOMERS 

Early Access subscribers will receive an automatic discount at checkout. Please note that the automatic discount code is only valid between 8:00am AEST on Thursday 27 Nov 2025 until 8:00am AEST on Friday 28th November 2025. After this time, the prices online will automatically be updated to reflect the live Black Friday promotion, and therefore the sale price will be marked and no code will be needed. Early access to the sale is only accessible online. To receive the Early Access automatic discount, customers must be subscribed to the LOUISE JEAN mailing list. All purchases made during Early Access are subject to the same Terms & Conditions as the main Black Friday Sale unless otherwise specified.

LOUISE JEAN BLACK FRIDAY SALE

Sale Period:
The official LOUISE JEAN Black Friday Sale commences at 8:00 AM AEST on Friday, 28 November 2025, and concludes at 11:59 PM AEST on Monday, 1 December 2025 (the “Sale Period”). All sale prices are as marked, and no additional discount code is required to receive the promotional pricing during the Sale Period. The sale will be available both in-store and online. 

No Retroactive Discounts:
LOUISE JEAN will not, under any circumstances, honor the advertised sale prices for orders placed prior to the commencement of the Sale Period. No refunds, store credits, or other forms of compensation will be provided for purchases made before the Sale Period. Similarly, sale prices will not be honored after the conclusion of the Sale Period.

Eligible Products:
The Black Friday Sale applies exclusively to products listed on the Black Friday Sale Page.

The promotion excludes:

• Made-to-Order Engagement Ring designs and custom designs 

• Customisations, upgrades, or alterations to sale items are not eligible for sale pricing.

• Products within the Home & Accessories collection

• VIVANTE Capsule Collection pieces

• Limited Edition Holiday Scarf

• Gift Cards & Vouchers 

• Resizing services are not included in the sale and will incur the standard fee.

• Shipping fees are not discounted.
  
  

LOUISE JEAN reserves the right to add to the list of excluded items or amend the eligible products list at any time, before or during the Sale Period.

Discounts and Other Offers:
The Black Friday Sale cannot be combined with any other discount code, promotional offer, or voucher. Discounts provided during this promotion are not redeemable for cash, store credit, or any alternative form of value.

Payment Methods:
Store credits and online gift cards are accepted as payment for Black Friday Sale purchases, including during Early Access / First Access.

Ready-to-Wear Engagement Rings:
All Ready-to-Wear Engagement Rings purchased during the Black Friday Sale, including during First Access, are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund, except in cases of a manufacturing fault as determined by the LOUISE JEAN Returns Team. If a faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced in the same size, a store credit may be offered at LOUISE JEAN’s discretion.

Returns
All other sale purchases are subject to our standard Returns Policy unless otherwise stated above. 

Stock Availability:
All products are subject to availability. LOUISE JEAN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if stock is unavailable, in which case a full refund or store credit will be issued.

General Terms:
All products purchased during the Sale Period remain subject to LOUISE JEAN’s standard Terms & Conditions, except where modified by these Sale Terms. Please note that, due to high order volumes, delivery timeframes may be extended in line with LOUISE JEAN’s year-end production schedule.

Right to Amend:
LOUISE JEAN reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Black Friday Sale or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Availability:
The Black Friday Sale, including Early Access / First Access, is available online and in-store at the LOUISE JEAN Noosa Flagship Store. Offer availability in-store is subject to stock on hand.

Pricing & Currency:
In the event of a pricing error, LOUISE JEAN reserves the right to cancel orders or adjust pricing prior to fulfilment. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST. International orders are subject to duties/taxes calculated at checkout.
