Our metals: Our high-grade gold is supplied by Australia’s leading specialist of precious metals and jewellery production. The gold is sourced primarily from recycled origins, and is alloyed in-house, guaranteeing the quality of the product, traceability of supply chain, and responsible practice.

Champagne diamonds: Champagne diamonds are loved for their brown hue, ranging from light honey to rich cognac. Our natural champagne diamonds are sourced through a network of trusted Australian and international suppliers who act in accordance with the System of Warranties. They are sold on the guarantee that the diamonds originate from legitimate sources and are compliant with the laws and regulations of the United Nations.

Louise Jean offers one complimentary resize on all Ready To Wear engagement rings. Our complimentary resizing offer is valid within six months from the date that the ring is dispatched from our studio.

Complimentary resizes are subject to the ring being within our resizing parameters (refer to the Product Details tab). If the ring is outside of these parameters, a re-manufacture may be necessary to maintain the structural integrity of your piece. Please contact one of our consultants to receive a quote.

To avoid additional costs, we do not recommend resizing this piece before shipping unless you are confident about the exact size required. Outside of the first six months specified above, resizing will be at a cost.

This piece is ready to ship. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to prepare and dispatch your order.

Unless otherwise stated, unworn Ready To Wear engagement rings may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for store credit, less a $150 restocking fee. If returned within 14 to 28 days, the restocking fee will increase to $300. Outside of these specified time frames, we will not accept exchanges.

Customers will be responsible for any shipping and redelivery fees. We recommend shipping return orders via a trusted and trackable service as Louise Jean is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels.

This exchange policy does not apply to rings that have been resized. Items that are not received in their original condition (unworn, no scratches, original packaging) will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if we find that it is not in new condition.
