RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Louise Jean pieces are made to order specially for you and due to the personal nature of the jewellery all pieces are non-refundable and we cannot refund your purchase if you simply change your mind, so we kindly ask that you please choose carefully. We will be happy to assist in any questions you may have about any of our items. Customer satisfaction is very important to us so if you are not happy with your item please contact us and we work together to resolve your situation. In the circumstance that you would like to exchange for a different item or size, please notify use within 7 days from the date your purchase has been received. In some cases a resize fee will be charged.  If you choose to have your ring resized by another jeweller please note that any faults will not be covered by our warranty. Exchanges are not offered on Ceremonial, Custom or Bespoke pieces due to the personal handmade nature of the piece. Customers will be responsible for any shipping and delivery charges.
Note: Returned items not received in their original condition (unworn, no scratches, clean, in original packaging) will be automatically returned to the
customer. Louise Jean reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.


FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly checked before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in our pieces but in the case a breakage occurs due to a manufacturing fault within the first 6 months of purchase, Louise Jean will be happy to fix and return the repaired piece free off charge. 

Repairs are available and are assessed by case and depending on the case they may incur a fee. Faulty items do not include breakages due to mishandling or wear and tear damage. Customers will be responsible for any shipping and delivery charges. If you wish to return a faulty product, please adhere to the

following the process:
* You must notify Louise Jean at returns@louisejean.com with a photograph and description of the fault
* A proof of purchase.
We will contact you as soon as possible. Louise Jean cannot be
responsible for good that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all returned items are thoroughly packaged with bubble wrap, packed
securely and clearly addressed. Any items damaged during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.
