PAYMENT OPTIONS

LOUISE JEAN offers various methods of payment via our online store. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay, and PayPal.

All pieces that are available from our online store require full payment at the time of placing the order with exception to Bespoke and Signature Engagement rings.

For Bespoke and Signature Engagement rings, a 70% deposit is required to be paid before the production begins on a piece. The final 30% payment is required once the piece is completed.

AFTERPAY

Our online store offers transactions up to the value of $2,000 to be processed via AfterPay. This limit is established by AfterPay and applies to all online retail stores. Your individual limit may be higher than this amount however, the maximum total allowable is $2,000 per transaction.

AfterPay does not approve 100% of orders. Unprocessed sales are not the responsibility of LOUISE JEAN.
