EXTENDED PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES
Louise Jean will be closed from 22nd December - 4th January for our team to enjoy a much-deserved break. Many of our suppliers will also be closed for an extended period of time, therefore delays in our development and production will be expected.

15th October: Engagement & Wedding Ring cut-off date. Orders placed after the 15th will not have guaranteed delivery prior to our holiday closure and will have extended production timeframes.

15th October - 18th January: All Engagement & Wedding Ring orders will have extended development and/or production timeframes. 
Please allow an estimated additional 2-6 weeks (on top of our current timeframes) to receive your piece. Contact our customer service team if you require product specific timeframe advice.
18th January: Normal production timeframes resume
