ORDERS

Louise Jean Jewellery is entirely handmade, which means we make all of our items to order.
Our production times vary depending on the nature of the piece, you can view these on the description of each product. Please note that these production times are for business days (Mon-Fri). If you require your item urgently, please contact info@louisejean.com before making your purchase and we will advise you
if we can meet your required date.

 

PACKAGING

All Louise Jean pieces are packaged in our own personalised boxes. We believe in keeping our carbon footprint low so in some cases we will package multiple pieces in the one box. You may request multiple boxes upon checkout if you wish to gift your pieces 

 


SHIPPING

Within Australia:
We offer Express Postage with jewellery order sent within Australia for a flat rate of $10.00. This is sent via Australia Post using the Registered Post service.
You will be sent a notification email with a Registered Post Tracking Number once your order is on its way to you. We cannot guarantee delivery times and Louise Jean not accept 
responsibility for lost/stolen goods once they have been accepted by Australia Post. If a parcel is late or not delivered within the expected estimated delivery time frame provided by Australia Post, Louise Jean is not liable and will not accept refunds as a result of this.
Please note that Next Business Day delivery is only applicable for suburbs/postages in the Australian Post Express Network. Please check their website (http://auspost.com.au) for more information. 
 
International:
We ship to all International locations via Australia Post using the Pack and Track International service.
New Zealand customers will be charged $20.00 while all other international orders will be charged $25.00. You will be sent a notification email with your Tracking Number
once your order is on its way to you. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive once it has been processed. If you have not received your order within this timeframe,
please contact us with your full name and order number so that we may investigate on your behalf. We do not accept responsibility for lost/stolen goods once they have been accepted by Australia Post.
International Express Postage is also available for those wishing to receive their item in a shorter time frame.
