  Unless otherwise stated, unworn ready-to-ship rings may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for store credit, less a $150 restocking fee. If returned within 14 - 28 days the restocking fee will increase to $300. Outside of these specified time frames, we will not accept exchanges.

  Customers will be responsible for any shipping and redelivery fees. We recommend shipping return orders via a trusted and trackable service as Louise Jean is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels.

  Note: Items that are not received in their original condition (unworn, no scratches, original packaging) will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if we find that it is not in new condition.

  Please, note this exchange policy does not apply to rings that have been resized. 

• This ring is a size L (AUS) or 53/4 (US) and comes with a complimentary resize within our specified limitations.
  For structural and quality purposes, this ring can only be resized down to an J (43/4 US) and up to an N (7 US). 
  
  Please allow 10 business days for resizing (not including shipping timeframes).
  We recommend only opting for a resize prior to shipping if you are confident on the exact size required - this is to avoid unnecessary additional resizing and costs.
  If a smaller/larger size is required that is beyond or resizing limitations, then the option of a Louise Jean store credit (please see our Shipping & Exchanges tab) or remanufacture (at cost) will be possible.
   
  Please note: The average cost to remanufacture (recreate) the ring in the correct size is $300AUD and will require 6-8 weeks for re-production and the ring on-hand to credit the metal and remove the stone/stones for re-setting.
