Louise Jean is proud to call Queensland’s Sunshine Coast home, with our private showroom and studio workshop based in Peregian Beach. But with so many of our beloved clients based around Australia and the world, we know that visiting us in person isn’t always an option! So our dedicated consultants are coming to you, with a series of pop-up trunk shows planned throughout the year and all of our most loved Louise Jean designs on board.
A pop-up is our travelling showroom, with our design specialists hosting personalised appointments with all of our pieces, samples and tools ready for playing with. In a private location, we’ll greet you with a glass of bubbles, ready to dive into design options, styling advice, gemstone advice and more.
You are very welcome to come on your own, to bring a friend or trusted advisor, and especially to come with your significant other. This is an excellent opportunity for clients at all stages of the process - from the first initial exploration of your design style and tastes, to those wishing to lock in decisions and begin the exciting bespoke process.
Our dedicated consultants will liaise with you at length prior to your appointment to discuss your preferences, and decide which pieces and stones we will bring for you to consider on the day. During your appointment you are welcome to take photos and videos, while our consultants will keep detailed notes (all on file for future reference!) We will specifically focus on helping you to try and consider the aspects that can be difficult remotely, including metal preferences and ring sizes.

Be mindful of the time zone when booking, as we are often travelling interstate or overseas! We ask some specific questions to help us prepare for your appointment. Please answer these carefully and in as much detail as possible, as this will determine what we bring for you on the day! Our consultants will review your details and be in touch to clarify or confirm your booking.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
The key here is to give us as much information as possible so that we can best utilise our limited time together! Answer your booking questions carefully, and include any references, inspiration, deal-breakers or questions. If you have existing rings (engagement or stacks) share imagery with us, and diamond details too.
What happens after my appointment?
Your consultant will follow up via email with a summary of all of your notes and discussions from the day. We also keep this on file with your contact details, so you or your partner can reach out at any point in the future.
